Swim Instructor

Deliver swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum with consistency, energy, and a focus on student growth. Enforce safety rules and regulations on the pool deck daily to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment. Accurately evaluate student progress, connect with parents and guardians after lessons to share updates, and use creative problem-solving to help students work through challenges. Maintain and properly store all pool equipment, including placing and removing lane lines, and assist with light cleaning duties such as deck mopping and trash removal. This role requires evening and weekend shifts and involves regular exposure to heat, humidity, and chlorine. You will build genuine connections with students and their families while taking real ownership of each child's progress.
