Job Summary
Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance with a proprietary curriculum; provide positive reinforcement to swimmers; communicate to parents on swimmers’ progress. Role may involve leading instruction in the pool or warmly greeting members as a front desk representative. Must be able to work with children, bring high energy, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills; background check required prior to training.
