Job Summary
Teach small classes of 1–4 students using the Swim Path Curriculum to help children gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills. Encourage student progress, celebrate milestones, and build lasting relationships with students and families while working in the water for several hours. This role includes paid training and offers a starting pay of $19.50/hr with weekend and subbing premiums. Flexible part-time schedules with consistent year-round hours are available for those who are energetic, patient, and dependable. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Must be able to commit to one full cohort and attend all scheduled sessions
- Must be comfortable working in the water for several hours
- Must bring positive energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Must be available for weekend shifts (implied by 'weekend premium' and specific Saturday training schedule)
