Job Summary
Develop and implement swim lesson plans while providing individual and group instruction to participants of all ages and skill levels. Assess participant abilities to adjust instruction as needed, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing safety rules and guidelines. Communicate effectively with participants and their parents/guardians, and maintain accurate records of participant progress. Assist with swim team or special aquatic events as needed. Attend required meetings and training sessions. This part-time role offers 100% commission based on service revenue, with estimated earnings ranging from $24 to $33 per hour depending on volume. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA, with previous swim instruction experience and American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous swim instruction experience preferred
- American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification or equivalent preferred
