Job Summary
Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and small groups, catering to varying skill levels and ages. Teach water safety principles, swimming techniques, and stroke development based on American Red Cross guidelines. Monitor and track participants' progress through proper documentation to provide customized feedback. Enforce ground rules, safety rules, and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure cleanliness in the pool area by storing equipment and disposing of trash. Requires CPR/AED & First Aid certification. On-call rotation required with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
- Must be able to work flexible schedule
- Must be available for on-call shifts
