Job Summary
Teach in-water youth swimming lessons while adhering to the WEST teaching curriculum and prioritizing swimmer safety. Attend in-service training and meetings, and communicate feedback to effectively engage students in a positive learning environment. Follow all WEST policies and maintain consistency with set class schedules on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Compensation includes $18+ per hour plus a 50% revenue share for private lessons, with bonuses available. Bothell, WA: Reliably commute or plan to relocate. Both competitive swimming and teaching children experience are preferred.
