Job Summary
Lead small groups of swimmers through progressively challenging skills using age- and ability-appropriate lesson plans. Teach basic to competition-specific techniques with encouragement, enforce facility policies, and communicate progress to parents. Complete necessary paperwork and reports while covering all material required in assigned levels. Work at least one 4-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. Atlanta Swim Academy offers a family atmosphere with opportunities for advancement into leadership, retail, and administration roles.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work at least one 4-hour shift either Sat. or Sun.
- Certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of swimming skills and mechanics
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults
- Comfortable working with children of all ages
