Job Summary
Swim Instructor needed at Aqua-Tots Swim School to teach swimming lessons to children in a state-of-the-art, indoor facility. Responsibilities include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting group and individual lessons, tracking student progression, and ensuring pool safety. No prior teaching experience required as paid training is provided. Part-time role with 4-6 hour shifts, occasional weekend availability, weekly pay, and bonuses. Onsite position with a positive, energetic team and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all the safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
- Attend monthly in-service training
- Track student swim progression throughout the levels
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
