Job Summary
Swim Instructor needed to teach swimming lessons to children in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities include developing and delivering lesson plans, conducting group and individual lessons, ensuring pool safety, tracking student progression, and communicating with parents. The role is onsite in Zeeland, MI, with paid training, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and part-time hours (4-6 hour shifts, weekend shift availability). No prior teaching experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Must be able to create a positive, engaging learning environment and support a friendly team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Teaching swimming tochildren of all ages
- Create and implement lesson plans
- Conduct group and individual lessons
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Maintain safety of all participants in the pool area
- Track student swim progression throughout levels
- Attend monthly in-service training
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- No prior teaching experience required (training provided)
