Job Summary
Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in a fun, safe, and supportive on-site facility. Develop and implement lesson plans, conduct group and individual lessons, and provide feedback to students and parents. No prior teaching experience required as comprehensive training is provided; strong passion for swimming and working with children is essential. Part-time role with flexible schedules, including one weekend shift; indoor coaching with paid training and weekly pay. Starting pay is $15+ per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Attend monthly in-service training
- Track student progress throughout levels
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be able to teach 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back
- Availability to work one weekend shift (Sat or Sun) 8:30am-3pm
