Job Summary
Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, creating and implementing lesson plans while conducting group and individual classes. Ensure the safety of all participants, maintain a clean and organized pool area, and track student swim progression throughout the levels. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents while adhering to Aqua-Tots procedures and attending monthly in-service training. Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back, with availability for one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm. Earn a competitive wage of $15.50+/hour with weekly pay and bonuses.
