Job Summary
Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, creating and implementing lesson plans while conducting group and individual sessions. Ensure the safety of all participants and maintain a clean, organized teaching environment by following Aqua-Tots procedures. Track student swim progression throughout the levels and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Deliver outstanding customer service and attend monthly in-service training. Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back, with availability for weekend shifts from 8:30am-3pm. Earn $15.50+/hour with weekly pay, bonuses, and paid training in a supportive, inclusive culture.
