Job Summary
Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, creating and implementing lesson plans while conducting group and individual sessions. Ensure the safety of all participants and maintain a clean, organized teaching environment by following Aqua-Tots procedures. Track student swim progression throughout the levels and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Deliver outstanding customer service while managing 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back. Work onsite at our state-of-the-art facility with flexible set schedules offering weekend nights off. Required Qualifications
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
- Passion for swimming
