Swim & Fitness Operations Manager

Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate Swim & Fitness staff while developing operating protocols and checklists. Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with Cherokee standards, taking immediate corrective action. Oversee fitness desk operations, appointment booking, point-of-sale transactions, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports; implement club rules, policies, safety, and security protocols. Manage inventory, coordinate supply requisition and storage, and maintain first-aid kits. Supervise lifeguards and pool kiosk staff during pool season, serving as the primary liaison with Sweetwater Pool Company. Oversee swim meet preparation, provide shift or meal break coverage, and communicate with staff, members, and other managers.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with management responsibilities directly related to aquatic/fitness/locker room facilities and operations
