Job Summary
The Swim Coach at TYDE Swim Team is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the swim team, coaching all levels of swimmers, and maintaining communication with parents and staff. Essential functions include establishing relationships, conducting daily practices, coordinating with the Head Age Group Coach on practice sessions and meet schedules, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Evening and weekend availability is required.
