Job Summary
The Swim Coach oversees the overall operation of the swim team, coaching all levels of swimmers and ensuring open communication with parents and staff. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with swimmers, conducting daily practices, communicating with the Head Age Group Coach about practice sessions, and creating a positive team environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates should be USA Certified/be able to obtain USA Certification and be able to pass a background check (required)
- Candidates must possess integrity, strong communications skills; and a passion for helping swimmers maximize their potential (required)
Desired Qualifications
- Competitive swimming experience (preferred)
- Swim coaching experience (preferred)
