Job Summary
Provide instruction to students following approved training methodology and lesson plans while creating a fun, learning-focused environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures, and evaluate student progress using approved criteria. Communicate professionally during customer interactions, assist with front desk responsibilities, and maintain a clean facility. Attend ongoing training as scheduled and represent the school with high professionalism. Work 15-25 hours per week in the water, lifting up to 50 lbs, and be available for weeknights and weekends. Earn $14.00-$15.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement, paid training, and benefits including health insurance and PTO for full-time roles. Lifeguard/CPR certification required or obtainable during training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in the water for 15-25 hours per week
- Must be willing to work weeknights and at least one weekend day
- Must possess ability to communicate and respond to student and customer interactions
- Lifeguard/CPR Certification
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Must pass a background check
