Job Summary
Seasonal/temporary Swim Assistant Coach responsible for all aspects of the swim team operations, motivating and instructing student-athletes in game strategies and techniques, overseeing rosters, practices, and game schedules, managing inventory and equipment, and organizing transportation; requires knowledge of sport skills and tactics, good communication and organizational abilities, and completion of specified trainings prior to working with student athletes.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED/First Aid training (required before working with student athletes)
- Completion of the Coaching Education online course (required before working with student athletes)
- Completion of the Concussion Prevention Training (required before working with student athletes)
