Job Summary
Supervises the secured and efficient operations of all foreign/local SWIFT and messages authentication facilities of the bank. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day SWIFT shift operations, authenticating incoming and outgoing SWIFT messages, performing transaction screening, and supporting business units with SWIFT concerns. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields, ideally with knowledge in both technical and banking areas, and emphasizes a strong understanding of risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in BSIT, Computer Science, BSBA, or other IT‐related courses (ideally 60% technical / 40% banking)
- Strong risk awareness and understanding of a zero‐tolerance error environment
- Mature and adaptable mindset; able to work in a highly critical operations setting
