Sweet Potato Breeding Technician - Temporary

Sweet Potato Breeding Technician responsible for supporting breeding programs, seed production in greenhouse and field, data collection and reporting. Will train and supervise field and greenhouse workers, collaborate with breeding, agronomy, and operations teams, and prepare monthly reports on activities, trial results, and production outcomes. Requires ability to collect, manage, and analyze agricultural data; strong organizational and teamwork skills; willingness to travel between Huacho and nearby production sites; in-person work in greenhouse and field environments; candidate should have a technical or Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or Agricultural Engineering, and prefer prior experience in agricultural production, seed production, plant breeding, crop management, or field research.
