Job Summary
Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Swedish, ensuring strict adherence to community guidelines. Identify, investigate, and escalate harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content including misinformation, hate speech, and fraudulent activity targeting Swedish-speaking audiences. Analyze patterns of suspicious behavior and coordinated inauthentic activity to protect platform integrity. Make accurate decisions regarding content removal and account suspensions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols. Document recurring trends and emerging risks to support continuous improvement of trust and safety operations. Maintain high mental resilience when handling sensitive content as part of daily moderation duties.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent Swedish language proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Minimum English proficiency equivalent to a B2 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Willingness to relocate and live in Sofia, Bulgaria
