Answer customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chats on behalf of Miele. Provide full support to clients using a mix of communication channels. Maintain high standards of service while delivering solutions to Swedish-speaking customers. Candidates must possess C1/C2 level Swedish and English proficiency, hold a valid EU passport, and be based in or willing to relocate to Greece. Required Qualifications
