Job Summary
Write high-performing UGC scripts for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other short-form platforms. Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles, and video structures designed for conversion. Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and media buyers to improve ad performance by adapting messaging quickly based on performance insights and creative testing results. Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed. Submit a current UGC portfolio; applications without relevant UGC experience will not be considered. This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience writing for social-first video content
- Strong experience creating UGC scripts
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels-style pacing, hooks, retention, and creator-led storytelling
- Ability to write direct-response focused copy that feels native and authentic
- Portfolio or examples of relevant UGC / organic social work
- Relevant UGC experience
