Job Summary
Liaise with Sale Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and top bank custodians to handle administrative and operational tasks. Assist Investment Counsellors with relationship management by addressing client operational inquiries and producing reports on prospective clients. Gain exposure to European businesses while developing expertise across multiple subjects under the guidance of a Client Service Team Leader. Maintain high-quality work within timelines in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This in-office role offers opportunities for promotion within two years and includes extensive training and development support.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Native/Fluent Swedish and English skills
- You can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email with a focus on client service
- Work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
- Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline
