Job Summary
The SweatHouz Studio Experience Manager leads and motivates the studio team to deliver exceptional guest and member experiences, drives membership growth and revenue, coaches sales associates, analyzes membership KPIs, partners with marketing to generate leads, oversees daily studio operations (scheduling, inventory, policies), ensures a clean, safe environment, and develops staff through training and performance management. Key focus areas include leadership, relationship-based selling, building a high-performing team, maintaining hygiene/safety standards, and delivering a compelling member experience aligned with SweatHouz brand values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
- 3+ years of experience in a sales environment
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
