Job Summary
Monitor Water Solutions facilities and pipelines daily by traveling to multiple salt water disposal sites to assess operations, troubleshoot equipment, and perform minor repairs. Generate daily reports tracking volumes and oil sales while coordinating maintenance for injection wells and ensuring proper truck offloads. Proactively relay replacement parts, identify escalated issues, and lead cleanup of leaks or spills to minimize downtime. Record well PSIs, clean filters, and comply with all OSHA and government regulations. Make rounds to facilities to ensure safe, efficient operations and maximize oil recovery.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds
- Valid Driver's License
- Wide range of oilfield operations knowledge, including pipelines, pumps, and salt water disposal facilities
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills and the ability to make minor repairs
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to compile, assess and synthesize data
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Efficiency and accuracy in data entry
- Organizational skills
- High initiative with ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to work overtime as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers

- Ability to identify and promptly communicate issues which require escalation
- Ability to generate daily reports for each facility
- Ability to audit facilities and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to coordinate with Operations team for maintenance of injection wells
- Ability to record well PSIs daily
- Ability to clean/replace bag filters daily or as needed
- Ability to make rounds to multiple facilities daily
- Ability to coordinate and assist with field equipment repairs
- Ability to report and lead cleanup and repair of leaks or spills
- Ability to discuss safety concerns immediately with management
- Ability to evaluate and log process conditions and components
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and recommend modifications
- Ability to maximize oil recovery and subsequent sales
- Ability to ensure proper operations of truck offloads and disposal equipment
- Ability to ensure fully operational SWD pipelines and equipment with minimal downtime
- Ability to capture and report on relevant data
- Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs
- Ability to monitor, assess, and communicate the daily operations of Water Solutions facilities and pipelines
- Ability to ensure optimal functionality of pumps and other equipment
Desired Qualifications
- 4 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry
- High school diploma / GED
