Job Summary
Director-level leadership role driving the transformation of the SwapClear platform and its delivery model, partnering with Product to define roadmaps, aligning delivery to target-state architecture and standards, maturing the delivery operating model, overseeing cloud migration and platform modernisation, and championing AI-enabled tooling within a regulated, high-stakes financial infrastructure. Responsibilities include setting strategic roadmaps, communicating with senior stakeholders up to Board level, improving delivery metrics (lead time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, resilience), ensuring regulatory alignment, and managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, data, and operations.
