Job Summary
Be an integral member of an agile team developing CRD/Alpha Platform modules as a SW Engineer I – Full Stack. Under guidance from senior engineers, contribute to analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of large-scale software enhancements; collaborate with Business Analysts to create sustainable solutions; participate in sprint ceremonies and training opportunities. Gain hands-on experience in Java and/or C#, PowerShell and batch scripts, ReactJS-based web applications, event-driven architectures, Kafka/Kubernetes, and cloud-native services across Azure/AWS/Google Cloud. Build knowledge in Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR or Wealth Management domains, and learn testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and Jasmine while practicing DevOps, TDD, clean code, and agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other technical course of study
- 1 – 5 years of professional experience
- Experience with Java, PowerShell and batch scripts; knowledge of C# preferred
- Familiarity with DevOps, continuous delivery, clean code, TDD and agile methods
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow in FinTech space
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and web-based development (ReactJS)
