Job Summary
Interpret eye examination results and dispense eyewear to customers who have received prescriptions for corrective, protective, or safety lenses. Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, provide contact lens instructions, and adjust or repair eyewear as needed. Communicate with doctors regarding patient recommendations, answer phones to assist patients, and manage appointment schedules. Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through commission-based earnings, while building relationships with patients and providing excellent customer service.
