Job Summary
Lead the commercial valuation management process for SitusAMC's bank and lending engagements by supervising workflow, managing third-party appraisal processes, and executing client consulting engagements. Efficiently guide the team of valuation professionals through appraisal reviews, cash flow analysis, and the delivery of consulting reports while resolving non-compliant issues. Coordinate daily communication with market participants and clients to ensure on-time project deliveries and maintain quality control across all engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
- typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent
- Strong valuation expertise
- MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Argus
Desired Qualifications
- Certified General Real Property Appraiser License is a plus
- MAI designation is desirable or if you are a candidate for MAI designation
- preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
