Job Summary
Own and continuously improve the Group Technology Risk Profile across DBS's six core markets, synthesizing audit findings, incident data, and key risk indicator trends into coherent narratives for senior leadership and board committees. Produce analytically rigorous, visually sharp risk intelligence outputs and executive briefings tailored to board members, regulators, and the Chief Risk Officer. Lead the embedment of AI-powered reporting and analytics capabilities to improve analytical consistency and reduce manual effort, while championing best practices in data visualization. Provide analytical challenge to first-line risk assessments and collaborate with Group Audit and Compliance on data quality. Support preparation of technology risk submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore and prepare briefing materials for regulatory meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in risk reporting, analytics, management consulting, or governance within financial services
- Strong risk literacy
- Demonstrable track record producing high-quality outputs for senior and board-level audiences
- Exceptional PowerPoint and data visualisation skills
- Outstanding written communication
- Comfortable engaging regulators, executive leadership, and board stakeholders with credibility and composure
- Degree-educated
