Job Summary
SVP, Technology & AI Innovation leading the Credit Union’s engineering and AI initiatives; responsible for turning strategy into shipped capabilities, building the Intelligent Operating System, and applying AI-driven innovation and automation to improve member and employee experiences. Leads enterprise data, platform delivery, governance, APIs, and integration patterns; drives AI/automation initiatives, modern engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, security), site reliability, and scalable delivery while collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business units. Remote-friendly with hybrid on-site expectations for New England residents and broader remote-work options across several US states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
