Job Summary
Lead the Regional Operations organization and own end-to-end Supply Chain strategy, including procurement, inventory management, S&OP, and transportation logistics. Drive operating rigor across manufacturing engineering teams to optimize capital projects, machinery, and process improvements for scale and throughput. Establish enterprise-wide standards for safety, quality, and continuous improvement to reduce TRIR, field failure rates, and costs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Translate multi-year BU strategy into annual operating plans, manage conversion cost performance, and lead talent development for regional and functional leadership. Partner with commercial, finance, and HR leaders to align execution with customer value propositions and deliver on commitments for safety, quality, and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations and/or supply chain
- Significant experience at a multi-site/regional leadership level
- Prior experience owning P&L-level or conversion cost accountability
- Prior experience owning safety (TRIR) performance
- Prior experience owning quality systems
- Prior experience owning supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed organizational structures with both direct and dotted-line reporting relationships
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience partnering with commercial/regional GM structures
- Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent Continuous Improvement expertise
