SVP of Restoration

Job Summary
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the restoration business line, overseeing department performance and profit centers. Monitor critical metrics to identify challenges, implement leading indicators, and drive continuous improvement across operational frameworks. Lead recruiting, manage budgets, and conduct strategic assessment tours of southeastern divisions to validate performance and align service strategies. Establish pricing models, optimize labor resources, and serve as a technical advisor ensuring excellence in masonry, concrete, and waterproofing scopes. Collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and deliver sustained business growth while maintaining high safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial building restoration
- deep industry and operational expertise
- Scopes include restoration related to masonry, stonework, concrete repair, window and building sealants, stucco, and below-grade waterproofing
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Proven history of driving operational improvements and elevating organizational performance
- Expertise in developing strategic performance metrics that transform business challenges into actionable outcomes
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrated capability to make data-driven decisions and lead strategic growth initiatives
- Strong leadership communication skills
- experience implementing comprehensive KPIs and performance indicators
