Job Summary
Senior Vice President of Property Management and Maintenance responsible for executive leadership and strategic oversight of HUD/public/affordable housing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, asset management, and financial performance across agency-owned assets; leads Regional Property Managers and maintenance leadership, oversees leasing, occupancy, maintenance programs, asset modernization, audits, and capital projects, and requires Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years managing housing developments with 2+ years supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of HUD programs (RAD, PBV), NSPIRE/REAC, Fair Housing, procurement, budgeting, and leadership/communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing housing developments
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Valid South Carolina Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
