Job Summary
Set data strategy, governance, and operating model while aligning initiatives to business needs and identifying efficiency opportunities. Define organizational structure, goals, and KPIs to ensure regulatory, security, and compliance alignment across the enterprise. Oversee the full data lifecycle, establish SLAs, and support SAFe 6.0 and ITIL process execution to drive analytics capabilities. This exempt, full-time role reports to the CFO with 10% travel and is located remotely or hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years experience managing and/or directing a Data Management operation or team
- Proven experience leading strategic planning and initiative designs
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-platform initiatives across all integration patterns (EAI, ETL/ELT, Streaming)
- Proven experience leading high-growth, fast-paced teams
- Knowledge and experience of DAMA DMBOK and the different disciplines of Data Management
