SVP, Insurance Product Management Senior Lead Analyst

Senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end insurance product management for Citi, driving overall product strategy across General Insurance, digital and AI-enabled distribution, and client lifecycle management; coordinate with cross-functional teams and insurance partners to deliver on commitments, ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity, and drive portfolio growth. Responsibilities include developing omni-channel sales initiatives, designing customer journeys and go-to-market plans, monitoring channel performance with analytics, managing campaigns and promotions, and upholding Sales Quality Framework while aligning with risk and compliance functions. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent communication in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, with 10-12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or above; position is based in Hong Kong (Kowloon) with in-person office work.
