Job Summary
Lead The Nuclear Company's HR function as part of the Executive Leadership Team; architect and execute a comprehensive people strategy to attract world-class talent, develop high-performing teams, and sustain a mission-driven, values-based culture. Collaborate with the CEO and executives on organization design, culture, talent acquisition, retention, development, succession planning, and workforce risk; provide data-driven HR analytics and dashboards; design and implement DEI initiatives; own performance management, leadership development, internal mobility, and career pathing; oversee total rewards, equity plan administration, and compliance with employment laws; scale HR operations and partner with Legal and Finance to manage growth, governance, and workforce strategy across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- 5+ years in a senior CHRO/VP of People or equivalent role
- Demonstrated success scaling a people function in a tech-forward environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MA in Organizational Psychology preferred
