Job Summary

Lead and develop multi-disciplinary media analytics teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytic services and contributing to business development while facilitating team growth. Strongly experienced in digital and traditional media, with proficiency in measurement frameworks and econometric models. Manage team staffing, promote analytics value, and participate in shaping the US analytics commercial offerings. Engage with clients to provide consulting, establish measurement frameworks, and ensure project goals align with client objectives. Familiarity with tools for addressable activation, attribution models, and audience analysis is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in digital media (including integration of search and social) and traditional media.
  • Adept at working with all aspects of the media technology ecosystem.
  • Extensive working experience with measurement frameworks including conversion, attention, audience and brand health measurement techniques.
  • The use and interpretation of econometric models including media mix models, digital optimization models and brand health models.
  • Experience with media ecosystems (e.g., DMP’s, AMP’s, CDP’s) and tools to support addressable activation and optimization (e.g., LiveRamp, Acxiom).
  • Multitouch, location-based and offline attribution models (e.g., Data Plus Math, FourSquare, Neustar), as well as closed-loop attribution.
  • Creative/brand evaluation tools (e.g., Kantar Millward Brown, ACE Metrix).
  • Audience tools (e.g., Acxiom, Comscore, MRI, Kantar, Brand Index).
  • External reporting, dashboard and data visualization partners.
  • Successful track record of delivering value to clients and efficiencies to agencies.
  • Collaborative work style that emphasizes strong relationship building with clients and peers across disciplines and offices.

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferably 15+ years’ experience managing a multi-disciplinary analytics team across media, creative and website clients.
  • Knowledge and experience with following tools preferred
  • Design and evaluation of A/B, multivariate and market level tests
  • Web analytics platforms e.g., Adobe Reporting, Google Analytics
  • Scenario modelling and predictive analysis
