Job Summary

Review fund governing documents, transaction documentation, and investor allocations to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting for multiple real estate equity and credit funds. Manage capital flow projections, bank wire transactions, and distribution waterfalls while coordinating with accounting staff to compile necessary documentation. Lead the year-end audit process, prepare tax packages including K-1s, and maintain robust review procedures for deliverables. Mentor direct reports and assist the CFO and VP of Finance with special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Heavy fund accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of K-1s
