Job Summary
Lead the post-sales Customer Success organization as SVP to drive incremental revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell across a publisher base, leveraging Freestar's suite of monetization solutions and optimizing yield; minimize churn by delivering high-quality service and technical stability; oversee the CS management layer and evolve the team into a high-level technical function; collaborate with Yield Management and Engineering to architect proactive yield strategies; mentor senior leadership (VPs/Directors/Associate Directors) and align cross-functional teams (Publisher Support, Onboarding, Demand, Yield, Engineering) to eliminate bottlenecks; regularly engage enterprise publishers in a remote-first, high-touch engagement model.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience as Head of Customer Success or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably within an ad tech company
- deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding (Prebid.js), ad serving mechanics (Google Ad Manager), and Supply Path Optimization (SPO)
- proven track record of developing and executing yield optimization strategies that drive measurable financial uplift for publishers
- experience managing a multi-tiered leadership team and scaling technical organizations
- ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining the ability to diagnose issues across web and mobile app environments
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the professional maturity to work with high-stakes publishers and internal teams
