Job Summary
SVP, Brand & Marketing is responsible for defining and driving FOX Television Stations' brand direction across 17 markets, owning the visual identity, creative production, and multi-platform marketing strategy. Lead the group-wide Creative & Graphic Production Hub and Marketing & Growth team, develop paid and organic campaigns across broadcast, streaming, social, mobile, web, and more, and ensure brand assets and design systems are high-quality and consistent. Collaborate with executive leadership to align creative strategy with business goals, coach senior marketers and creatives, champion creator content and influencer-driven approaches, drive audience growth and engagement, and leverage data analytics to optimize reach and ROI. Requires extensive senior-level marketing leadership, hands-on proficiency with design and video tools, strong measurement discipline, budget oversight, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive creative or marketing leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for leading multiple teams and functions.
- Proven experience building and executing multi-platform marketing strategies across live channels (broadcast and/or streaming), social, mobile, web, and audio
- Hands-on fluency with the tools of the trade (graphic design, video editing, motion/animation, and AI tools) with enough technical depth to guide production automation and workflow innovation
- Strong understanding of data and measurement across both digital and traditional linear environments, with experience using analytics to drive strategy
- Experience managing paid campaigns and marketing budgets with accountability for audience acquisition KPIs and ROI
- Experience with creator content strategies, influencer or talent-driven marketing, or social-first content programs
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in a complex, multi-platform or multi-brand environments
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience overseeing departmental budgets
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a large organization
- Editorial background and understanding of how content is created and what makes it resonate with a local audience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with graphic systems and live production workflows(Chyron, Ross, Vizrt, or similar platforms) is a plus
