Job Summary
SVP, Auto, Marine & Unsecured Lending leads full P&L across Auto, Marine, and Unsecured Lending with responsibilities spanning field-based sales channels, dealer/retailer partnerships, and digital product performance. The role requires managing national teams, growing partnerships, optimizing application funnels and customer experience, collaborating with Product/Technology, and maintaining underwriting standards and portfolio health across three lending verticals. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in regulated banking are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years in consumer lending
- 7+ years in senior leadership with P&L ownership
- Experience in indirect/dealer, retail partner, or unsecured consumer lending
- Proven ability to lead field-based sales teams and manage partner channels
- Strong digital lending and conversion optimization experience
- Deep understanding of credit, pricing, and portfolio management
- Track record of driving growth across multiple channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in a regulated banking environment preferred
