Job Summary
Swedish-speaking Customer Care Assistant in a part-time role based in Herlev, Denmark. Handles incoming calls and alarms from customers and lift users across Sweden, Denmark and Norway, serving as the primary contact for Swedish and Norwegian customers and providing timely follow-up and communication with service managers and technicians. Responsibilities include answering/redirecting calls, responding to alarms, creating work orders, and maintaining information flow with service leaders. Requires Swedish and English fluency (Norwegian helpful), prior customer-service experience, and comfort using standard IT tools. Required Qualifications
