SVC VALET PORTER

Valet Attendant providing guest service, parking, vehicle handling, safety, cash processing, record-keeping, and facilities upkeep. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about rates and locations, safely driving and parking vehicles, retrieving vehicles on request, managing keys, offering pick-up/drop-off services, inspecting vehicles for damages, following safety protocols, monitoring the lot, issuing parking tickets, documenting incidents, maintaining cleanliness of the valet area and restrooms, handling payments, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
