Job Summary
As a SV-Line Cook at Sixty Vines, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to given recipes while ensuring all products are prepared correctly. Key responsibilities include preparing food following prescribed methods, maintaining high food quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and requires a current Food Handler's Certification. Competitive pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour based on experience, with benefits including flexible schedules and PTO after the first year.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and understand tickets.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.
