Job Summary

As an SV-Line Cook at Sixty Vines, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to recipes, maintaining the highest level of food quality, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Key responsibilities include interacting professionally with guests, preparing food according to prescribed methods, following outlined cook times, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain a current Food Handler's Certification, and effectively communicate with coworkers and management.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and understand tickets.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.
