SV-Dishwasher

Dishwashers/Porters are responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of clean service ware and pots and pans in a restaurant setting, including operating the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical levels, storing clean items, monitoring cleanliness and waste, supporting kitchen areas, maintaining health and safety standards, and communicating with staff. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a current Food Handler's Certification; E-Verify participation is part of the hiring process.
