Job Summary
Busser/food runner role in Sixty Vines restaurant: provide friendly, efficient service following established quality/time standards; assist servers, bartenders, and team with delivering food and drinks; maintain cleanliness of station and restaurant; stock, replenish, and manage ice; observe state/federal alcohol service laws; communicate positively with guests and coworkers; arrive on time, follow uniform guidelines (ironed shirt, black apron, wrinkle-free black pants, slip-resistant shoes), and adhere to safety guidelines; knowledge of food and bar menu and host stand procedures; maintain equipment and cleanliness, and report issues to supervisors; achieve certification requirements (such as WSET/SOMMELIER, Food Handler, TABC) where applicable.
