Job Summary
Busser and Food Runner responsibilities include delivering food and beverages to guests, supporting servers and bartenders, maintaining clean workstations and stations, and ensuring timely, accurate service. Maintain knowledge of the food and bar menus, follow uniform and grooming standards, observe state and federal laws regarding food and alcohol, and communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance the dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read English
- Stand for long periods
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification
- E-Verify participation
